One dead, three others injured in July 4 shooting

Police say one man has died after he and three others were shot on the night of July 4.

Police responded to the 2600 block of Douglas Place a little after 11 p.m. and transported all four victims suffering from gunshot wounds to the hospital. According to police one of the males, later identified as 23-year-old Dwayne Gene Dillard of Southeast, succumbed to his injuries.
